Someone has set up a web sight in his behalf so that you can leave your thoughts and prayers and well as keep updated to how he is doing. Please feel free to send this video to everyone you know, the more prayers for him the better. Thanks so much for taking the time to view this. You can reach his page by going to www.myspace.com/helpkaleb Thanks again!

Pray for baby Kaleb.

That awareness video had me all choked up in tears....I can't believe a person would do such a horrible thing! And how dare that person just walk away after having to place such a result on a child who can't even defend themself! My prayers goes to the Kaleb's parents...it must take a whole lot of strength to see their baby go through a whole lot....A WHOLE LOT!

It just shows what our society thinks is most important. Our judicial system locks up Paris Hilton over a misdemeaner and then CNN covers a special on Paris when she gets out.

Remember when CNN used to be reliable and used to cover important issues? Look what they cover now. CNN has made the switch from reliable news to entertainment news.

America wants to focus their efforts on unborn babies and dangerous dogs. Yet ignore the real killers on our streets.

Remember when it used to feel so safe and free to be Americans citizens. How safe or free do you really feel now?

this video put me through it.

i started out as a nanny when i came out here and it's not easy having to take care of children, esp. when they're not your own. so if necessary discipline actions need to be taken, it's always a question.

but this person who took care of kaleb....i just don't understand how they could do this to a baby. a baby!

I agree with manang. Although, when your babysitting someone elses child, physical discipline should not be used. Also, if a babysitter cannot control a kid without physical discipline, they should find another profession.

I for one do not agree with corporal punishment. I have never needed to hit Cyril, and he is more disciplined and respectful than kids i know that are raised on corporal punishment. Trust me, I was brought up on xtreme corporal punishment and it made me scared of my dad, but when my dad was gone I was the worst that I could be.

Well, that's because dad was brought up that way through Papa Carlos...I mean, being wipped while hanging upside down on a tree?

Yet, I'm extremely glad that you managed to break the cycle.

I do not blame dad. He raised me the best he knew how. I know that now.

With kids, you just need to be consistant on their punishments. You can't let them get away with it one day and then punish them when they do it again on another day.

I raise cyril to know the consequences of his actions. When he does something bad, he knows he can't do something he loves. And thats all I do to keep him disciplined. And I don't give him a little bit of slack. It works so well, and he rarely makes the same mistakes twice.
